Adulting & Friendship

“Friends are family you chose by yourself”, once my uni friend said to me this. I do agree with what she said, the older I am the more I realized of it. On the friendship context, we actually don’t have the obligation to take care of each other, but we chose to do it for each other. We become the rescue for each other, without doubt. We do this, because we love each other and the bond the we have. And unlike family that tied by blood, friendship is really tied by heart.

Grow older, living in tweenties is somehow very confusing. Seems like this is the phase when sometimes we feel a bit lost and overwhelmed by many things in life. Having friends by our side is truly a blessings. To have people we can count on to and to show the fragile of our side. And for me, I am so lucky.. that I have my circle who always there and never judge me for whatever I am doing in life. To support me whenever I have a bad day..

I personally really valuing friendship. I respect the bond that we have and the connection we build along the way. There’s no way I am who I am today without my friends.
