I am writing to everybody who needs to read this. It’s a gentle reminder, that at the end of the day, the only one who will never leave you is you, not your partner, parents, friends, or kids. Hence I hope you able to read this carefully and keep it in your mind.

Let’s take a moment to relook on the past, wandering to the old memories. Some memories make you smile and some make you sad, angry or even you just want to forget it. Look at the unpleasant memories you had, I believe that they are not just bad.. they give you lesson learn. They shape who you are now. And most importantly, all those things that you define as “bad” or “unpleasant”, they make you stronger.

As a human, you tend to push yourself in order to meet the expectation, either your own expectation or others' expectations towards you. Whenever the expectation fails you, there will a guilty feeling or a kinda willingness to punish yourself. On the other hand, when you make it to achieve, sometimes you just forget to give appreciation to yourself.

Please, appreciate yourself for being you.. give yourself the love that you freely give to others. Thank you for making it this far. for surviving in this world. And whenever you feel like a failure, go to the mirror, say it louder to yourself “hey, thanks for stay strong all this time, let’s try again tomorrow”. And whenever you feel anxious about the things that you think will happens to you, please keep reminding yourself that whatever happens in life, you will get through it and everything would be okay.

I hope you able to save yourself from this crazy world. I hope you find acceptance and appreciation within you. I hope you never gonna put your value towards other opinions. I hope you never going to anyone in this world just to get validation that you are worth it. You are worth it and you deserve love :)

Please, remind yourself that life is way more valuable than your degree, your money in the bank account, your job, and so on. I hope you find happiness within you sooner or later..
