The Last Beautiful Journey

A gratitude story

To the beautiful people I have met in this journey, I would like to say thank you. Thanks for giving this not so little girl a spark of joy, in the middle of tough days. To the team who have faith to be always Aligned, Speedy, Inspiring and Knowledgable. I am writing this as my gratitude letter.

I remember, the first time I met this team, in the first monthly meeting. I was so insecure, I met people who much more experienced than me and already in this industry for years. You know? it feels like you are a tiny fish in the ocean. I have no clue what kind of fish that I’ll meet. Luckily, all the uncertainties disappear and it was so nice that everyone welcome with the open heart, to let a little girl learn. Because for me, joining a company is not about earning money, it’s about learning. As I always believe, learn as much as possible, and then you can remove the “L” when you start to capable for doing it.

We might be not working together in same building or having lunch together everyday. But everytime we met, it feels like reunite with a family that you have known for a long time. I am without any doubt to showing my true color, being who I am as youngest kid in a family. Just like another family, we shared laugh and tears. We cherish every little achievement, even I know it’s only for short period of time.

Thanks for my ASIK team. You taught this lil girl to be stronger and value workplace more than just doing business. Thanks for helping me to be ok with anything seems not ok :)

Years from now, you will be proud of me! I will shine as you have prayed.
